*After unpacking and aligning every thing that was in my Tramea hideout. I noticed a deactivated security droid standing still next to the room's refrigerator.*
Me: Ah, this must be one of the Resort's Security Bots.
Ostrava: The droid must have been offline ever since the last owner left this place. I don't think that reactivating the droid now would be a wise move.
Me: But we need something that will keep the gangs away from my new place. Do you want the same thing that happened to my Tramea hideout to repeat itself here?
Ostrava: No, I don't. But please think about the consequences of powering up that droid.
Me: I'm prepared for what can happen. Ready your gun Ostrava, I'm bringing this bot online.
*Ostrava draws his pistol as I open up its control panel and initiate its start up sequence. The droid then begins to look around its surroundings while walking towards the room's entrance. However, an alarm inside of it goes off when it spots Ostrava armed with a pistol.*
Droid: Hostile detected. Drop your weapon immediately.
*The droid aims its assault rifle at Ostrava's hands*
Me: Ostrava, stand down.
*Ostrava gives a deep breath and drops his pistol on the ground while the droid scans for hidden weapons.*
Droid: Additional ordinance detected.
Me: Oh no, look's like it knows you have your other weapons with you.
*The droid moves its aim towards Ostrava's chest*
Droid: Drop your weapons. This is your final warning.
Ostrava: I warned you that reactivating it was a bad idea.
Droid: You have failed to comply with my warning. Initiating hostile termination mo...
*A USB drive is being forcibly inserted in to the droid's cranial port. Causing it to stop while reprogramming it to identify myself and anyone else allied with or members of the Crusader's Guild as friendlies.*
Droid: Termination mode aborted. Ally registry updated. Sentience protocols successfully installed. Logic procedures updated. Now switching to Sentient Mode.
*The droid stops aiming its rifle at Ostrava.*
Droid: Please forgive me if I had startled you.
*Ostrava and I give a sigh of relief.*
???: You're starting to lose your touch with synthetics.
*A masculine figure with long black hair emerges from behind the security droid*
???: Your technological genius should have disarmed that droid using the control panel you opened.
Me: Good to see you again Eric.
Ostrava: Alpha, do you know him?
Me: Yep. Oh... I almost forgot. How's Neo-Atlantis before Ariel's disappearance?
Eric: Before Ariel was missing, the city made us feel like we were at home here in Boletaria. The place has deserved its reputation for being the City of Eternal Summer.
Me: Very nice. But, how do you think Ariel's doing?
Eric: Where ever she is, I'm sure she's defending herself from the Soul-Starved dumped there. But still, I'm worried about her and I'm stopping at nothing until I know she's escaped from that dark dimension.
Me: I'm sure that she can not only hold her own, but she'll find an escape route from the Shadow World.
Eric: But before I go, I need to ask you something.
Me: Hmm, what is it?
*Eric undos his ponytail and shakes his head causing his hair to flow all around him.*
Eric: Why is my hair almost as long as Ariel's?
Me: Well... I didn't want you to have the same hair length as your original design. That's why I gave you the hip length hair to help make the design more unique while maintaining some of your origins.
Eric: Uh huh, well then... I must continue my search. You two be careful with that droid while you're here.
Me: Don't worry. We will. Won't we, Ostrava.
Ostrava: Oh... y-yes.
*Eric walks though the doorway and closes the door behind him.*
Me: See you around. (thinking) He finally questioned the hair.
